Meet Gina, LPN, Owner of Anchor Concierge
I'm Gina, and Anchor Concierge is my senior concierge business in St. Petersburg. I help older adults across Pinellas County with errands, appointments and check-ins, and I keep their families in the loop.

Why I started Anchor Concierge
Over my years as a nurse, I kept seeing the same thing. Many of the seniors I met did not need hands-on medical care. What they needed was dependable, everyday help so they could stay safe and comfortable in their own homes: someone to do the shopping, get them to the doctor and notice when something was not right.
I also heard from their adult children. Many were stretched thin, balancing jobs and their own families while worrying about a parent across town or across the country. They wanted one person they could trust to check in, handle errands and be a familiar, friendly face.
I created Anchor Concierge to be that person. My goal is simple: practical help for seniors and real peace of mind for the people who love them. You can see everything I offer on the senior concierge services page.
How I work
I believe accepting help should never mean giving up independence. Every person I work with has their own routines, preferences and way of doing things, and I take the time to learn them before I change anything.
- Dignity first. Your parent stays in charge of their day. I fit around them.
- The same face every time. You always work with me, not a rotating staff.
- Clear communication. Families hear from me after visits, with the details that matter.
- English and German. I can support German-speaking seniors and relatives in their own language.
What being a nurse brings, and where it stops
I have been a Florida Licensed Practical Nurse since 2013, and more than a decade of caring for people shapes how I do this work. I notice when someone seems more tired than usual, when meals are being skipped, or when a doctor’s instructions need writing down clearly. At a medical appointment, I understand the terms being used and can help make sure the family’s questions get answered.
Just as important is what I do not do. My concierge work stays non-medical, and I never provide hands-on care. I do not bathe or dress clients, help with toileting, or give medications. I can pick up prescriptions, but I do not manage them. If your parent needs personal or medical care, I will tell you honestly and help you find the right local resources. My guide to senior concierge vs home care explains the difference in plain terms.
Why families feel comfortable with me
Whether it is a friendly check-in, a grocery run or a cardiology appointment, what matters most to families is knowing exactly who will be there. I am fully insured, I keep you informed, and I treat your parent the way I would want my own family treated.
There is no long-term contract. You can start with a single visit and see how it feels. If I am not the right fit, I will say so.
