Terms and Conditions
Anchor Concierge provides its website and services under the terms below. Please read them before booking a visit.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Anchor Concierge website and the non-medical senior concierge services provided by Gina (“we,” “us,” “our” or “the business”). By using this website, contacting us or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
1. Service overview
Anchor Concierge provides non-medical, non-hands-on senior concierge services throughout Pinellas County, Florida. Services include, but are not limited to, friendly check-in visits, grocery and household shopping, prescription pickup, meal pickup, errand services, medical appointment accompaniment, waiting for home service appointments, light home organization, technology help, online ordering and return help, post office and shipping errands, temporary support during recovery, long-distance family support, snowbird and vacation home checks, and local care and transportation referrals.
2. Non-medical services
Anchor Concierge does not provide medical care, nursing services, skilled care, personal care (such as bathing, dressing or toileting assistance), medication administration, wound care, physical therapy or hands-on care of any kind. Services are strictly limited to non-medical help, companionship, errands and everyday support. Anchor Concierge is not a licensed home health agency or a Medicare-certified provider, and does not replace physicians, medical professionals or licensed caregivers. Clients and their families are responsible for arranging medical care through appropriate licensed providers. Gina’s LPN license is a professional credential that informs her experience and judgment, but Anchor Concierge services are delivered in a non-medical, non-clinical capacity.
3. Pricing and billing
Hourly services
Services begin at $120 for a two-hour minimum. Time beyond the two-hour minimum is billed at $60 per hour, rounded to the nearest quarter hour at Gina’s discretion.
Monthly memberships
Three membership plans are available:
- Anchor Essentials: 8 hours per month at $460 per month
- Anchor Plus: 12 hours per month at $660 per month
- Anchor Premier: 20 hours per month at $1,050 per month
Memberships include discounted hourly rates, priority scheduling and consistent monthly support. Unused membership hours do not roll over to the following month unless agreed in writing. Membership fees are billed monthly in advance.
Payment terms
Payment is due at the time of service for hourly clients. Membership fees are due on the first of each month. We accept cash, check and electronic payment. A late fee of 1.5% per month may apply to overdue balances. Clients are responsible for costs incurred during service (such as groceries, prescriptions or postage), which are billed separately and must be reimbursed.
4. Scheduling and cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change a visit. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the minimum service fee of $120. Members receive priority scheduling, meaning preference for available time slots. We work to accommodate every request, but availability is not guaranteed and depends on Gina’s schedule and service area coverage.
Gina may decline or reschedule a visit because of weather, safety concerns, scheduling conflicts or other circumstances. In those cases no cancellation fee applies, and we will reschedule as soon as practical.
5. Service area
Anchor Concierge serves clients throughout Pinellas County, Florida, including St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, Seminole, Pinellas Park, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Safety Harbor, Gulfport and the Pinellas beaches. Services outside Pinellas County may be available by special arrangement and may carry additional travel fees. Gina will confirm whether your location is covered during the consultation.
6. Referrals to third-party providers
As part of the local care and transportation referral service, Gina may suggest third-party providers such as transportation companies, in-home care agencies, pet sitters, licensed tradespeople or other professionals. These referrals are a courtesy based on Gina’s local knowledge and experience. Anchor Concierge does not employ, control or guarantee these providers. Clients are solely responsible for evaluating, hiring and paying any referred provider. We are not liable for the acts, omissions or negligence of third-party providers.
7. Limitation of liability
Anchor Concierge and Gina act as a helpful assistant, companion and errand runner, not as a medical provider, legal guardian, financial advisor or fiduciary. We are not liable for damages, injuries, losses or claims arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to missed appointments, delayed errands, incorrect purchases, lost items or communication errors. Clients and their families keep full responsibility for all personal, medical, financial and legal decisions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
8. Client responsibilities
Clients and their families agree to:
- Give accurate information about the client’s needs, location and preferences
- Make sure the home is safe for Gina to enter and provide services
- Pay for or reimburse purchases made on the client’s behalf
- Share changes in needs, schedule or contact details promptly
- Arrange medical care, personal care and emergency services through appropriate licensed providers
- Treat Gina with respect and courtesy at all times
9. Website use and intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, service descriptions, guides and design, belongs to Anchor Concierge and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use content from this website without our prior written consent. You may link to the website for non-commercial purposes. 10. Data use and privacy
Our collection, use and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the practices it describes. We handle personal data in line with applicable Florida and federal privacy laws, including the Florida Information Protection Act where it applies.
11. Technology and AI tools
Anchor Concierge may use software, scheduling platforms and AI-assisted tools for operational purposes such as website management, analytics, spam filtering and communication. These tools do not make decisions about your care, your eligibility or your personal information, and they do not replace personal judgment in client interactions. Third-party tools are governed by their own privacy and security standards, and we choose vendors that meet reasonable data protection requirements.
12. Ending services
Either party may end services at any time with reasonable notice. Members may cancel a membership with 30 days written notice. Gina may end services immediately if a client or family member behaves in an abusive, threatening or unlawful way, if the client’s needs go beyond the scope of non-medical concierge services, or if continuing would create a safety risk. When services end, any outstanding balance for services provided or purchases made on the client’s behalf is due immediately.
13. Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith communication between the parties. If that does not resolve it, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration in Pinellas County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that part will be limited or removed only as far as necessary, and the rest of the Terms will remain in full effect.
