What happens next

Once your request comes in, or when you call, Gina reaches out personally to arrange your free consultation. It takes about 20 minutes and can be by phone or in person, whichever is easier for you or your parent.

During the conversation, Gina will ask who the support is for, what daily life looks like right now, and which tasks have become difficult. She will also ask about schedule, the town in Pinellas County where your parent lives, and whether family members want updates after visits. Bring any questions you have about her background, how visits work or what things cost.

By the end, you will know whether concierge help is a good fit. If it is, Gina can suggest occasional visits or a membership from the pricing options. If your parent needs hands-on or medical care, she will say so and help point you in the right direction.

Gina is a Florida LPN since 2013, fully insured, and speaks English and German. If you are reaching out about a medical emergency, call 911 instead.
