What senior concierge services are
Senior concierge services are everyday, practical help for older adults who want to keep living at home on their own terms. That means the tasks that have become tiring or hard to fit in: the weekly grocery shop, picking up a refill, getting to a specialist visit, sorting the mail, setting up a video call with the grandchildren or letting the plumber in. With Anchor Concierge, every one of those tasks is handled by Gina, a Florida Licensed Practical Nurse since 2013 who is fully insured and speaks English and German.
Non-medical by design
Every service on this page is non-medical and non-hands-on. Bathing, dressing, toileting and giving medications are all outside what Gina does. Her nursing background shows up in other ways: in what she notices on a visit and in how clearly she explains it to the family afterward. If you are trying to work out whether your parent needs concierge help, an in-home care agency or home health, read senior concierge vs home care before you decide.
How to choose the right level of help
Most families fall into one of three patterns.
- Occasional help. Something specific needs doing: a ride-along to an appointment, a few weeks of support after surgery, or a repair visit to wait for. Occasional visits start at $120 for a two-hour minimum.
- Weekly visits. Your parent does well with a steady rhythm, such as a check-in every Tuesday or groceries every Friday. A regular day makes it easy for everyone to plan.
- A monthly membership. You want consistent support at a lower hourly rate with priority scheduling. Plans run from 8 to 20 hours a month.
All of the options are explained on the pricing page, and none of them needs a long-term contract. If you are not sure which one fits, that is what the free 20-minute consultation is for.
