Accessibility Statement

Last updated October 2026

Anchor Concierge wants every visitor, including seniors and people who use assistive technology, to be able to use this website with ease.

Our commitment

Anchor Concierge is committed to making this website accessible to everyone, including seniors, adult children and families who use assistive technologies. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

Design choices

The website uses large, readable text, strong color contrast, clear navigation and simple page layouts so visitors of all ages and abilities can find what they need. Buttons and links are sized to be easy to tap. We avoid auto-playing media, distracting animation and cluttered layouts, and the site respects your device’s reduced-motion setting.

Assistive technology

The site is built to work with common screen readers, voice recognition software and keyboard navigation. Images include descriptive alternative text, every form field has a label, and focus is clearly visible when you move through the page with a keyboard.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is ongoing. We review the website as it changes, and if a page falls short we will work to fix it.
