A dependable local helping hand
A personal concierge handles the small jobs that eat into a busy week: the return that needs to go back, the shopping list, the repair visit that comes with a long arrival window. Anchor Concierge offers that help to professionals and families in St. Pete who need a dependable person to take a few tasks off their plate.
Gina works alone, so you always deal with the same person. She learns how you like things done and keeps you posted when each task is finished. You hand over the list and get your time back.
Who uses a personal concierge
- Busy professionals whose workdays leave no room for errands
- Parents juggling school, work and activities who need an extra pair of hands
- Households waiting on repairs or deliveries who cannot be home for the window
- Working adults with an aging parent who are helping two households at once
What Gina can take on
Gina keeps to practical, everyday tasks around town and at home:
- Errands and pickups: local stops, held packages and items that are ready to collect
- Shopping: groceries and household supplies, from your list and your preferred stores
- Returns: packing items and dropping them at UPS, FedEx, an Amazon location or the post office
- Waiting for repair techs: being at your home for AC, plumbing, appliance or internet visits
- Coordinating home appointments: helping arrange service visits and being there when they happen
Several of these can be combined into one visit. A typical trip might be a return drop-off, a grocery run and a stop to collect a pickup order, all in one route.
Home appointments without the lost day
Waiting around for a service window can wipe out a workday. Gina is at the house when the technician arrives, stays until the job is done, locks up and sends you a short report on what happened. The full details are on the page for home service appointment waiting.
How a typical request works
You send Gina the list by phone, text or email: what needs picking up, what goes back, what the house needs and when the technician is due. She plans the route, takes care of each item and lets you know when it is all done. If something cannot be found or a store is out of an item, she checks with you before swapping in an alternative. Receipts come back with anything she buys, and payment is agreed during the consultation.
Keeping it practical
Personal concierge help stays focused on the everyday jobs listed above. It is not a cleaning, childcare or event service. If you need a trade or another kind of provider, Gina can suggest trusted local professionals.
How it overlaps with senior services
The same everyday help Gina gives seniors works for anyone short on time. The stops on the errand services page, and the list-to-pantry approach on the grocery shopping page, apply to your household just as well.
If you are also looking out for a parent, Gina can help both households. Read more about help for aging parents.
What to expect
Gina’s background as a Florida Licensed Practical Nurse since 2013 shows up in careful, reliable work, and she is fully insured. She speaks English and German. There is no long-term contract, and every arrangement starts with a free 20-minute consultation by phone or in person to talk through which tasks you want covered.
Rates for personal concierge help
Personal concierge work uses the same rates as every other service. One-off help is billed as occasional support, at $120 for a two-hour block and $60 for each hour after. Two hours is often enough for several errands strung together. If you want a standing weekly errand day or regular help through the month, memberships range from $460 for 8 hours to $1,050 for 20 hours, with a lower hourly rate and priority scheduling. Compare the options on the pricing page.
Personal concierge help is available in Clearwater, Safety Harbor, St. Petersburg and across Pinellas County.
