How it works

Getting support is simple

  1. Book a free consultation

A complimentary 20-minute call or in-person meeting to understand what is happening and answer your questions.

  2. Discuss your needs

Talk through the support that would help most, whether that is errands, check-ins, appointments or something else.

  3. Choose your support plan

Decide between occasional help, weekly visits or a monthly membership, with no pressure and no long-term contract.

  4. Begin receiving support

Gina starts on the schedule that works for you and keeps the family informed along the way.

What your rate covers

Every hour you book is Gina’s time, in person, with you or your parent. During a visit she can do any mix of the services on the senior concierge services page: grocery shopping, a prescription pickup, company at an appointment, a check-in, tech help or an hour of organizing. You do not pay separately for each task. After the visit, Gina lets the family know what was done and anything worth mentioning.

What the rate does not cover is the cost of things bought on your behalf. Groceries, prescriptions, postage and similar purchases are paid separately, and the method is agreed at your consultation so receipts and payments are clear from the start.

How memberships work

A membership is a set number of hours each month at a lower hourly rate than occasional visits. On Anchor Essentials, the 8 hours work out to $57.50 an hour. Anchor Plus, the most popular plan, comes to $55 an hour for 12 hours. Anchor Premier brings it down to $52.50 an hour for 20 hours.

Members also get priority scheduling, which matters when you want the same morning every week or a particular appointment covered. And because the hours are planned in advance, your parent gets a steady routine with a familiar face. As a rough guide, one two-hour visit a week fits Essentials, one longer visit of about three hours a week fits Plus, and two visits a week fit Premier.

Making every visit count

The easiest way to get the most from your hours is to combine errands. One two-hour visit can often cover the grocery shop, a pharmacy pickup and a post office stop, rather than three separate trips. Keep a running list during the week and Gina will plan the route.

No long-term contract

You are never locked in. Start with a single visit if you like, switch to a membership when it makes sense, or step back to occasional help when things settle down. Membership changes and cancellations follow the notice periods in the terms and conditions.

Every plan starts with a conversation

All services are subject to an initial consultation, so Gina can confirm that concierge support is the right fit before you spend anything. If your parent needs hands-on or medical care instead, she will tell you. If you are comparing costs across different kinds of help, read how much in-home help costs in St. Petersburg first.

Pricing questions

How much does a single visit cost?
A visit costs $120 for up to two hours. If it runs longer, each additional hour is $60, so a three-hour visit is $180.
What do the memberships include?
Anchor Essentials is $460 a month for 8 hours, Anchor Plus is $660 for 12 hours, and Anchor Premier is $1,050 for 20 hours. Each one lowers the hourly rate and adds priority scheduling.
Can I switch from occasional visits to a membership later?
Yes. Many families start with occasional visits and move to a membership once a regular rhythm makes sense. You can also change plans if needs shift.
Do unused membership hours roll over?
Unused hours do not carry into the next month unless that has been agreed in writing. Gina can help you pick a plan size that matches how much help you really use.
Is Anchor Concierge covered by Medicare or insurance?
Concierge help is private pay and is generally not covered by Medicare. Certain long-term care insurance plans pay toward non-medical support, so it is worth asking your insurer. The cost guide has more detail.
