When you visit the website, our hosting and analytics tools may record:

When you submit a form on this website, your details are sent securely to our customer relationship management (CRM) system, GoHighLevel, so Gina can see your request, respond to it and keep track of your conversation. GoHighLevel stores and processes this information on our behalf as one of our service providers.

Forms on this website may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that helps block spam and automated submissions.

Text messages

The contact form includes an optional checkbox to receive text messages about your request. If you check it, we may text you about your consultation, scheduling and the services you asked about. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of receiving services. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Hosting, analytics and cookies

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. To understand how visitors use the site, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. We also keep a simple first-party count of phone, text and form actions so we know which pages help people reach us. This website does not use advertising cookies.

Your browser may still store small technical files needed for the site and its security features to work. You can control or clear these through your browser settings.

Artificial intelligence and automated tools

Anchor Concierge may use AI-assisted and automated software for limited operational purposes, such as website analytics, spam detection, scheduling reminders and content management. We do not use artificial intelligence to make decisions about your eligibility for services, your health or your personal care. We do not put your personal information into public AI models or third-party AI training datasets. Your consultations, service requests and personal conversations with Gina are handled by Gina personally and confidentially.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only in these limited cases:

Service providers. Trusted vendors who help us run the business, such as website hosting, our CRM, email and text delivery, scheduling tools and payment processing. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
Referred professionals. If you ask for a referral to a local care provider, transportation service or tradesperson, we share your contact details with that provider only with your clear consent.
Legal compliance. When required by law, court order or government regulation, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our clients, ourselves or others.
Business transfer. If Anchor Concierge is ever sold, merged or reorganized, client information may transfer as part of that change, subject to the protections in this policy.

How long we keep information

We keep client information for as long as needed to provide services and maintain accurate records. Active client records are kept for the length of the service relationship. After services end, we keep contact and billing records for up to three (3) years for tax and legal purposes, then securely delete them. Website analytics data is kept for up to twenty-four (24) months. You may ask us to delete your information sooner at any time, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.

How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, change, disclosure or destruction. These include secure storage of contact and scheduling information, access limited to Gina, encrypted transmission where supported, and regular review of our data practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach occurs, we will notify affected clients as required by Florida and federal law.
